Thank you for your interest in Java Video Tutorials. Java Video Tutorials is a {501(c)(3)} non-profit organization whose annual gross receipts do not exceed $5000. Therefore, according to the Internal Revenue Service Form 1023 Instructions (page 1), we are not required to file a request for non-profit status. This, however, removes a donator's privilege to make tax-deductible contributions.
